First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a home-based virtual reality (VR) exercise program is practical and helpful for people with shoulder pain lasting more than three months. Thirty adults aged 16 and older with rotator cuff syndrome, frozen shoulder, or shoulder instability will use a VR headset for 15 minutes daily over six weeks, along with educational videos and physiotherapy sessions. The goal is to see if VR can reduce fear of movement, improve exercise habits, and ease pain and limitations.
