First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study uses virtual reality to measure hand-eye coordination in children aged 7 to 17, both with and without chronic balance (vestibular) problems. The goal is to see if a VR-based test is reliable and fun for kids, and to better understand how the brain combines vision and body signals when balance is impaired. The results may lead to better diagnostic and therapy tools for children with balance disorders.
