Summary

This study tests whether using a 3D virtual reality (VR) mindfulness program can help head and neck cancer patients and their caregivers feel less depressed, anxious, or in pain during radiation treatment. About 40 patients and their caregivers will try VR or a 2D activity and report how they feel. The goal is to see if VR is a practical and acceptable way to improve well-being without medication.
