Summary
This study looked at whether virtual reality exercises can improve flexibility, muscle strength, and walking in adults who sit a lot and have tight hamstrings. 84 people aged 18-30 with a sedentary lifestyle took part. The goal was to see if a fun, tech-based approach could help ease muscle tightness and improve movement.
