Summary
This study is testing a free, 3-month virtual coaching program designed for people waiting for hip or knee replacement surgery. The program aims to help participants stay active, manage pain, and reduce feelings of loneliness while they wait. Researchers want to see if the program is practical to run and if it improves participants' mobility, pain levels, and overall well-being.
