Summary
This study tested whether a virtual program combining mindfulness and weight management could improve wellbeing in obese cancer survivors. Nineteen adults who had stage I-III cancer and were in remission took part in 12 online sessions. The goal was to see if the program was feasible and if it helped reduce anxiety and depression.
