Summary

This study tests whether a virtual group reminiscence program called Life Story Club can reduce loneliness and apathy in adults aged 60 and older. Fifty participants will meet weekly over Zoom for 12 weeks to share personal stories. Researchers will measure changes in loneliness, apathy, and cognition at 3 and 6 months.
