Summary
This study is testing a new digital app called VIRTUES, designed to help people manage various heart conditions from home. It will enroll 2000 participants across Canada to try seven core modules that give personalized advice on things like blood pressure, cholesterol, and heart failure care. The goal is to see if the app is easy to use and helps patients feel more in control of their health, especially for those who can't easily visit a clinic.
