Summary
This study is testing a new digital app called VIRTUES, designed to help people manage various heart conditions from home. It will enroll 2000 participants across Canada to try seven core modules covering areas like blood pressure, cholesterol, and post-heart attack care. The main goal is to gather patient feedback on how easy and useful the app is, to improve it for wider use.
