Summary
This study tests whether adding motivational counseling to a virtual exercise program helps cancer survivors stay physically active long-term. Researchers will compare two online programs over six months, tracking activity levels and quality of life. The goal is to help survivors maintain exercise habits that reduce fatigue and improve well-being after cancer treatment.
