Summary
This study tests whether adding motivational counseling to a virtual exercise program helps cancer survivors stay active. About 236 people who finished cancer treatment within the last 5 years will join a 6-month program with supervised exercise and either standard or enhanced counseling. The goal is to see if the extra support leads to more physical activity and better fitness over time.
