Summary
This study tests whether a virtual assistant (like a smart speaker) can help adults aged 60+ stay on track with a home exercise program. Participants will do 60-minute sessions three times a week for 12 weeks, guided by the virtual assistant. The goal is to see if this technology improves exercise adherence, strength, balance, and quality of life compared to a standard in-person class.
