First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study compares a new dosing method for the cancer drug vincristine in infants and young children to the standard method used in older children. The goal is to see if the new approach gives similar drug levels in the blood with fewer side effects. About 83 children up to 12 years old will participate, and researchers will collect blood samples to measure drug exposure.
