NCT ID NCT06619561
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 44 times
Summary
This study tests whether the drug vimseltinib is safe and effective for adults with moderate to severe chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD), a complication after a stem cell transplant. Participants must have already tried at least two other treatments without success. They will take vimseltinib in 28-day cycles for about two years, and researchers will monitor side effects and how well the disease responds.
