First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tested whether a standard balance test (videonystagmography with caloric testing) can tell the difference between people with vestibular migraine, those with other migraines, and healthy individuals. Researchers measured eye movements in 173 participants to see if this test could become a reliable tool for diagnosing vestibular migraine. The goal is to improve diagnosis for this often-misunderstood condition.
