Summary
This study tests whether watching a short, informative video before receiving a blood-thinner injection (LMWH) after childbirth can reduce anxiety and pain. 160 new mothers will be randomly assigned to get either the usual verbal explanation or the explanation plus the video. Researchers will measure anxiety levels and pain to see if the video helps.
