Can custom videos teach stroke survivors to stay out of the hospital?

Summary
This study is testing if a personalized, video-based education platform can help stroke survivors and their caregivers better understand stroke recovery and prevention. Researchers will compare people who receive standard education with those who also get access to custom videos tailored to their specific stroke. The main goal is to see if the videos improve knowledge and reduce the need for emergency medical visits in the 90 days after leaving the hospital.
