Summary

This study tests whether video calls with a nurse are better than regular phone calls for helping people with heart failure manage their health at home. About 368 adults with a specific type of heart failure will be randomly assigned to receive either video or audio calls at set times over a year. The goal is to see if video monitoring improves self-care behaviors like daily weighing, diet, and medication adherence.
