Summary

This study tests whether a single dose of vicadrostat changes heart rhythm in 45 healthy adults aged 18 to 50. Participants receive vicadrostat, placebo, and moxifloxacin (a known heart-affecting drug) in random order. The goal is to see if vicadrostat is safe for the heart before moving to patient trials.
