Summary
This study tested a drug called vibecotamab in adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) whose cancer did not respond to or came back after standard treatments. The drug is a special antibody designed to help the immune system attack cancer cells. The trial was stopped early, so results are limited.
