Summary
This study aimed to find the best amount of exercise needed to improve dizziness symptoms in people with balance disorders. Researchers used virtual reality (VR) to measure how much exercise helps and compared VR exercises to standard physical therapy. The study included people with different types of dizziness and healthy volunteers for comparison.
