Summary
This study looked at how much exercise is needed to help people with dizziness from inner ear problems or concussion. Researchers used virtual reality to make exercises more comfortable and compared them to standard physical therapy. The goal was to find the best type and amount of exercise to reduce symptoms. The study included 28 adults with dizziness and healthy volunteers for comparison.
