Summary

This study looks at whether a special MRI scan can tell the difference between two causes of stroke: hardening of brain arteries (atherosclerosis) and inflammation of blood vessels (vasculitis). About 46 people who recently had a stroke will get this scan. The goal is to help doctors choose the right treatment faster and improve recovery.
