First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding valproic acid and simvastatin to standard chemotherapy can help people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has spread. About 240 adults who have not had prior treatment will be randomly assigned to receive either the standard chemo or the standard chemo plus the two extra drugs. The main goal is to see if the new combination delays cancer growth.
