Summary
This study looked at whether starting venglustat early could slow kidney growth in people with a fast-progressing form of polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD). It enrolled 24 adults who had already completed a previous venglustat study. The trial was stopped early because the drug did not show enough benefit, though no major safety issues were found.
