Summary

This study compares two treatments for acute monocytic leukemia, a blood cancer. About 204 people aged 14 to 60 will get either a new drug combo (venetoclax plus CACAG) or standard chemotherapy (3+7). The goal is to see which approach leads to more complete remissions after one cycle.
