This study tests a combination of three drugs (venetoclax, azacytidine, and chidamide) in people newly diagnosed with a specific type of leukemia (acute monocytic leukemia) who are not healthy enough for intensive chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this drug mix can put the cancer into remission and control the disease. About 92 adults aged 18 and older will take part.
