Summary
This study is testing a combination of two drugs, venetoclax and obinutuzumab, in people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) who have not yet had treatment. The goal is to see how well this therapy controls the disease and improves survival. About 100 fit adults with CLL will take part, and researchers will monitor their response and any side effects.
