Summary
This study is collecting information about how Brazilian patients with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis use the medication vedolizumab. Researchers are reviewing existing treatment records from about 1006 patients to understand how long they stay on treatment and what outcomes they experience. No new treatments are being tested - this is purely an observational review of existing patient data.
