Summary
This study is testing a simple, non-invasive method to check blood vessel health in aging Veterans. Researchers move a participant's leg gently while using an ultrasound to measure blood flow, which indicates how well the blood vessels are working. The goal is to see if this test can become a standard tool to detect early heart disease risk and help personalize rehabilitation programs.
