First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested two surgical methods to repair varicoceles (enlarged veins in the scrotum) in 60 men with fertility issues or pain. One group had a loupe-assisted surgery with a nitroglycerin spray to help see blood vessels, while the other had standard microscopic surgery. The goal was to see which method better improved sperm movement and testicular blood flow three months after the procedure.
