New tool aims to give voice to women in advanced cancer care

Summary
This study is testing a new questionnaire designed to help women with metastatic breast cancer and their caregivers talk about their personal values and goals with their doctors. The goal is to see if using this tool helps patients feel less conflicted about decisions and improves communication. The study will enroll 40 patient-caregiver pairs, with a focus on including Black/African American women.
