Summary
This study aims to understand why Parkinson's disease affects leg muscle control and walking. Researchers will test if a brief, non-invasive stimulation of a nerve in the neck can improve muscle activity and balance in 75 participants. The goal is to gather evidence for future larger trials, not to provide a treatment during this study.
