Summary
This study tests if a gentle, non-invasive electrical stimulation of the vagus nerve can reduce pain, numbness, and tingling in people with diabetic nerve damage. Researchers will measure pain levels, nerve function, and walking ability in 40 adults aged 45-60. The goal is to find a new, drug-free way to ease this common complication of diabetes.
