First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 04, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests a support program to help women who have had pelvic radiation therapy use vaginal dilators more regularly. Dilators can prevent or treat vaginal narrowing that causes pain during exams or sex. About 88 women will be split into two groups: one gets the new program with strategies and support, the other gets standard educational materials. The study will check if the program helps with dilator use and reduces symptoms.
