Summary
This VA study is testing a new, combined treatment program for Veterans who have both PTSD and obesity. The program merges proven mental health therapy with weight management support, including medication reviews. Researchers want to see if this integrated approach helps Veterans lose more weight and reduce PTSD symptoms better than receiving the standard separate treatments.
