Summary

This study tests a new dengue vaccine called V181 in 12,000 healthy children and teens aged 2 to 17. The goal is to see if the vaccine is safe, triggers a strong immune response, and reduces cases of dengue caused by any of the four virus types. Participants will receive either the vaccine or a placebo and be monitored for side effects and dengue infections.
