Summary
This study looks at how the womb lining heals after different types of womb-sparing surgery for placenta accreta, a serious pregnancy condition where the placenta grows too deeply into the womb wall. Researchers will use a small camera (hysteroscopy) three months after surgery to see if the womb cavity has returned to a normal shape. The goal is to understand which surgical approach may better preserve future fertility and menstrual health in women who want to have more children.
