Summary

This study is looking at whether proteins in urine can help doctors predict how well pre-surgery treatment works for people with locally advanced colorectal cancer. Researchers will collect urine samples from 400 patients before and after treatment and use advanced technology to find protein patterns linked to good or poor responses. The goal is to develop a simple, non-invasive test to guide treatment decisions.
