NCT ID NCT07416981

First seen Feb 24, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study explores whether a protein in urine, called CTGF, can help doctors predict how well men with an enlarged prostate will recover after surgery. Researchers will measure CTGF levels before surgery and compare them to bladder function afterward. The goal is to find a non-invasive way to identify which patients are likely to benefit most from surgical treatment.
