Summary
This trial is testing whether a connected urine test strip device, called URIKI, can help people with stage 4 or 5 chronic kidney disease monitor their diet from home. Participants will use the device daily for 10 days, logging meals and other health information in a mobile app. The goal is to see if this approach can make dietitian consultations more efficient and improve nutritional care for people with advanced kidney disease.
