Summary
This study surveys 200 adults (patients and caregivers) to learn what matters most when someone must switch from peritoneal dialysis at home to hemodialysis in a clinic. The goal is to understand their priorities, challenges, and preferences so that future care can be better planned. No treatment is tested—this is purely a fact-finding survey.
