NCT ID NCT05903131
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding a behavioral weight loss program to standard hormone therapy helps premenopausal women with obesity and early endometrial cancer or precancer keep their uterus and fertility. About 96 women will receive either the weight loss program plus hormone therapy or hormone therapy alone. The goal is to see if weight loss can improve treatment success and reduce the risk of cancer coming back.
