First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether an 8-session group therapy program, based on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and adapted for Turkish culture, can help university students manage anxiety. Forty students from Bogazici University who have high anxiety scores will take part. The goal is to see if this approach is both feasible and effective in a setting where mental health services are limited.
