Summary

This study is for people with glioblastoma, a fast-growing brain cancer. It tests a new way to give radiation therapy that adapts to changes in the tumor and uses smaller treatment areas. The goal is to see if this approach can better control the cancer and improve survival compared to standard radiation. About 60 participants will be followed to measure outcomes like tumor progression, side effects, and quality of life.
