Summary
This study tests a new way to deliver radiation therapy for glioblastoma, a fast-growing brain tumor. Instead of treating a large area, doctors use MRI-guided adaptive radiation to focus more precisely on the tumor with reduced margins. The goal is to see if this approach can better control the tumor while causing fewer side effects. The trial will enroll 60 adults with newly diagnosed glioblastoma or grade 4 astrocytoma.
