This study tests whether doing strength exercises one limb at a time (unilateral) or both limbs together (bilateral) makes a bigger difference in heart rate variability, muscle strength, and daily function for adults with high blood pressure. Adults aged 40-75 with hypertension will be randomly placed into one of three groups: unilateral training, bilateral training, or a control group.
