Summary
This study looked at brain signals in 21 people with essential tremor or Parkinson's disease during deep brain stimulation (DBS) surgery. Researchers placed temporary recording strips on the brain's surface to measure electrical activity. The goal was to better understand how tremors are generated, not to test a new treatment.
