Researchers probe hidden heart muscle weakness in common heart failure

Summary
This study looks at why the right side of the heart fails in people with a common type of heart failure (reduced pumping ability). Researchers will check which medical tests best detect right heart muscle problems and test new treatments on heart tissue samples. About 50 adults with heart failure and high blood pressure in the lungs will take part.
