Summary
This study in Guinea will follow about 992 people to understand how long the mpox virus stays in the body after infection, how it spreads to close contacts, and how well the MVA-BN vaccine protects against infection and disease. Researchers will collect samples and track participants for up to two months. The goal is to provide real-world data to help control mpox outbreaks in West Africa.
