Summary
This study looks at why insulin doesn't widen blood vessels as it should in people with obesity and insulin resistance. Researchers test if blocking certain nerve signals can help insulin work better to improve blood flow and glucose uptake. About 36 adults aged 18-60 with obesity and insulin resistance will take part. This is an observational study, not a treatment trial.
