Summary

This study aims to understand why some people with social anxiety or body dysmorphic disorder do not fully benefit from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Researchers will use brain scans, thinking tests, and questionnaires to look for early signs that someone might not respond well to treatment. The goal is to improve therapy by identifying who needs a different approach. About 160 adults aged 18-45 will participate.
